Zoe Terry (nee Fisher) was born and educated in England.  She attended Southend High School for Girls from 1984 through 1991. Zoe graduated from the University of East Anglia with a Bachelor’s Degree in Law in 1994.  She then attended Nottingham Law School before completing her two year training contract with National Law firm Shoosmiths Solicitors.  During those two years she gained experience in Corporate Law, Commercial Litigation, Commercial Property and Personal Injury. Zoe was admitted to the roll and became a Solicitor, (the English equivalent of an attorney), in 1997.   Zoe worked as an Assistant Solicitor in a small law firm called Cordell & Co specializing in Personal Injury, from September 1997 through March 2001.  She handled around 350 cases at any one time, supervised junior members of staff and helped set up policies and procedures to streamline the firm.

Zoe left Cordell & Co in March 2001 and helped set up a new firm, Fishers Solicitors.  She was the sole Director and Shareholder of the firm that exclusively handled personal injuries arising out of motor vehicle accidents.  Zoe was the Principal Solicitor and the firm grew to over 50 members of staff.

In 2002, Zoe moved to Las Vegas, although she maintained her interest in Fishers Solicitors until it closed in 2012.

Zoe began working as a Law Clerk for Hafen, Porter & Storm in 2003.  She handled Insurance Defense and Personal Injury cases.  Zoe left the firm at the end of 2003 to have her first child.  She returned to work as a Law Clerk for Greene, Terry & Foulger from April 2004 through April 2005, before leaving to have her second child. She returned to the newly formed Porter & Terry, LLC in October, 2005 where she continued to work as a Law Clerk until February 2009, when she successfully passed the Nevada Bar. Zoe worked as an Associate Attorney for Porter & Terry, LLC until March 2013 when the firm dissolved.  In March 2013 she set up her own firm, Terry Law Group, PC.  She handles Personal Injury cases and traffic tickets as well as other civil litigation, including Habitability cases.

Zoe is committed to pro bono work and is also involved with the Children’s Attorneys Project, (CAP) which provides a voice for children involved in litigation.
