Be aware that Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department are no longer stopping for "non injury" car accidents.  You can't always tell until a few hours, or even a few days, after an accident that you have been hurt.  It is very important that if you get in an accident you gather ALL the evidence at the scene if the police are not there to do so.  Get the make, model, color and license plate of all the vehicles involved.  Take the name, address and insurance information of all drivers involved and details of any witnesses.  Take photographs of the vehicles and the accident scene.  Inform your insurance company immediately.
